Be found by families who are already looking for you
Building visibility usually means a website, social media, blogs and directory listings, on top of seeing clients. ViaClara does that work for you, so families already looking for support find you, without you having to become an expert marketer to make it happen.

Why ViaClara
01
Inbound demand, not just visibility
Families post Help Wanted ads with their specific needs. You can browse and respond to the ones that match your skills. Fill your caseload with who you want to work with.
02
Keep 100% of your fee
ViaClara's pricing is clear and simple. No commission rates. No revenue split.
03
A peer network for solo practitioners
Connect and message other practitioners directly to build the referral relationships that clinic-based practitioners take for granted.
04
Found by AI - not just Search Engines
ViaClara is built with MCP integration, meaning AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude can surface your profile if asked - a channel other directories aren't building for.
05
AHPRA compliance made easy
AHPRA advertising guideline reminders are built into practitioner profile setup and messaging to help you stay compliant.
06
Full control over your spend
Only pay for the ads you choose to respond to and the features you actually need. Cancel at any time.
What you get
Real-time availability management
Update your availability in one tap. Families can filter for "available now" - practitioners who keep their status current rank higher in search results.
Help Wanted ad notifications
Get notified when a family posts a Help Wanted ad that matches your profession and areas of expertise. Respond directly and start a conversation.
Verification that deepens with trust
Start with your commitment to neuroaffirming practice. Over time, families can confirm what they've experienced working with you - building a trust signal that's grounded in real relationships.
A profile that tells your full story
Add your experience, education, credentials, memberships, areas of expertise, languages, and an intro video. Present yourself the way a CV can't.
Direct messaging with families
Parents can message you directly on the platform. A secure inbox, no personal details shared until you choose to share them on your practitioner profile.
Intro call booking via Calendly
Link your Calendly and let families book an intro call directly from your profile allowing you to assess fit before a first appointment.
Pro & Business Builder
The next search engine is already asking about you
Families are increasingly using AI assistants to find healthcare support. ViaClara is purpose-built to be discoverable by these tools - meaning your profile gets surfaced in conversations, not just search results.
ViaClara's public API is built to the MCP standard used by Claude and other AI assistants. When someone asks an AI to find a neuroaffirming OT with availability in your area, ViaClara's directory of Pro and Business Builder practitioners is where it looks - included at no extra cost with either plan, on by default, and something you control from your account settings. No other allied health directory in Australia has this.
For families navigating the system for the first time, finding the right practitioner is overwhelming. Wherever they search - Google, an AI assistant, a parent forum - ViaClara makes sure you can be found.

Frequently asked questions
Who is ViaClara for?
ViaClara is built for solo allied health practitioners in Australia who work with neurodivergent children and their families and identify with neuroaffirming practice principles. This includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, physiotherapists, paediatricians, dietitians, nutritionists, counsellors, art therapists, music therapists and equine-assisted therapists.
What if I work for a clinic, not solo?
ViaClara is currently built for solo practitioners. If you operate under your own ABN and manage your own caseload - even if you rent a room at a clinic - you're likely a good fit. Reach out if you're unsure.
Do I need to be an NDIS registered provider?
No. NDIS registration is a filter families can use, but it's not a requirement to join ViaClara. Unregistered practitioners appear in search results for families who are self-funded, NDIS self-managed or NDIS plan-managed.
What does it cost?
A basic listing on ViaClara is free. Our subscription plans offer additional features for established professionals and business builders. Full details can be found at https://viaclara.com.au/pricing
How does AHPRA advertising compliance work?
ViaClara is AHPRA-aware by design because we understand the importance of staying compliant with their advertising guidelines. Neuroaffirming verification badges use carefully worded language that reflects observation rather than testimonial. The platform does not display star ratings or rankings that could constitute comparative advertising. Plus, we have reminders across the platform to guide you when crafting your practitioner profile and when responding to others.
What is the neuroaffirming declaration?
You commit to providing strengths-based, affirming support to neurodivergent children and their families, and to upholding the principles of neuroaffirming practice. This is a professional commitment - ViaClara does not independently certify neuroaffirming practice.
Will AI assistants recommend me?
AI-assisted discovery is included with the Pro and Business Builder plans, at no extra cost, and is on by default. You can turn it off any time from your account settings without affecting your plan or fee. Pay As You Go profiles aren't currently included in AI-assisted search results.
