First 50 practitioners - Help Wanted ad response credit promotion

During the period from 10 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, or until 50 Eligible Practitioners have been identified under clause 1(b), whichever happens first (Promotion Period), MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD is offering a one-off Help Wanted Ad response credit (Promotional Credit) to the first 50 Practitioner Users who register a Practitioner Account during the Promotion Period and are subsequently approved in accordance with clause 3(f)–(g) of the Practitioner Terms (Eligible Practitioners).
Your position in the “first 50” is determined by the date and time your Practitioner Account registration is submitted (as recorded by MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD's systems), not by the date your account is approved. Approval timing depends on our standard review process and may vary between practitioners for reasons unrelated to registration order; a later approval date does not affect your position in the first-50 order, provided your registration falls within the Promotion Period and you are ultimately approved.
The Promotional Credit is only granted to a Practitioner User who is both (i) within the first 50 registrations by timestamp under clause 1(b), and (ii) approved as a Practitioner User. Registering within the first 50 does not itself entitle you to the credit if your account is not approved.

This promotion is open to new Practitioner Users only. It does not apply to a person who holds, or has previously held, a Practitioner Account with MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD.
To be an Eligible Practitioner you must complete registration of a Practitioner Account during the Promotion Period and be subsequently approved as a Practitioner User in accordance with the Practitioner Terms.
MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD may decline to approve any Practitioner Account at its discretion in accordance with the Practitioner Terms. A declined registration is not an Eligible Practitioner and does not receive a Promotional Credit, regardless of its position in the registration order.
If fewer than 50 registrations received during the Promotion Period are ultimately approved, the Promotional Credit will still be granted to each Practitioner User who is approved, up to a maximum of 50.
Multiple registrations by the same individual, business, or ABN, or registrations found to be duplicative or made to circumvent this clause 2, will be treated as a single registration for the purposes of this promotion, and MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD may disqualify any registration it reasonably believes was made for this purpose.

The Promotional Credit is 1 Help Wanted Ad response credit, of the same kind referred to in clause 5(d) of the Practitioner Terms.
The Promotional Credit will be applied to an Eligible Practitioner's account within 5 business days of their account being approved.
The Promotional Credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit, and is not transferable to another account or person.
Once applied, the Promotional Credit forms part of your prepaid credit balance and is treated in the same way as other prepaid credits under clause 5(d) of the Practitioner Terms — including that it does not expire but is forfeited on account closure unless used beforehand.

MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD will notify each Eligible Practitioner by email, sent to the email address held on their account, within 5 business days of their account being approved.
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on your account is current and able to receive communications from MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD. MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD is not responsible for a notification that is not received due to an incorrect, outdated, or unmonitored email address, or due to spam or junk mail filtering.

MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD may vary, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at its discretion at any time before a Promotional Credit has been applied to a practitioner's account. If the promotion is withdrawn or ended early, MAME CREATIVE PTY LTD will act reasonably in relation to any Practitioner User who registered in reliance on it before the change was made public.
Once a Promotional Credit has been applied to an Eligible Practitioner's account under clause 3(b), it will not be withdrawn or reversed except in accordance with the Practitioner Terms (for example, on account closure under clause 5(d)) or where the underlying registration is found to be fraudulent, duplicative, or made in breach of clause 2(e).

This promotion is not a game of chance, lottery, or trade promotion requiring entrants to pay to participate or to be selected at random. Eligibility is determined solely by the fixed order set out in clause 1(b) and the approval outcome under clause 3(a) of the Practitioner Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that a Practitioner User has under the Australian Consumer Law, to the extent that it applies.
These Terms should be read together with, and do not replace, the Practitioner Terms and Platform Terms, which continue to apply to your use of ViaClara generally. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Practitioner Terms in respect of the Promotional Credit specifically, these Terms prevail.
